Local Artisan Jennifer Swearington brings you hand-dyed and crafted "collage scarves." Material is silk. Each scarf is one of a kind.
Care instructions: hand wash or delicate cold, line dry, and dry flat.
In March 2020, Swearington relocated to the South Carolina coast and continues her creative journey among the tidal marshlands of James Island and Folly Beach, South Carolina. She was a Gibbes Museum Visiting Artist from February to April 2021, with a solo exhibition in the Ruth & Bill Baker Art Gallery from December 2021 - February 2022.
When she's not in the studio, Jen is an avid trail runner and South Carolina Journeyman Beekeeper with two active hives on James Island, SC. She reads a lot, snuggles with her orange tabby cat Jasper, y esta estudiando a hablar espanol. These days she prefers to go by Jenna, a new nickname for her new life chapter on the Charleston coast.
